POLICY FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We are available to assist you if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Within 48 hours, we try our hardest to answer support emails.



RETURN POLICY

Within 15 days following the original purchase, you can return any of our products.

Please confirm the following to be qualified for a return:

The item was bought during the previous 15 days.

The item is brand-new and sealed in its packing.

Any clothing must be brand new, unwashed, unworn, and with tags.

You have a swiftengergy.gg receipt, order confirmation, or other evidence of purchase.

Products that don't fit this description won't be taken back.

The fees for shipping and handling are not refundable.

SALE ITEMS

Regrettably, items bought on sale or using a coupon cannot be returned. Only items with standard prices may be reimbursed.

 

BROKEN ITEMS

If you receive a product that is damaged, let us know right away.



WORLDWIDE SHIPMENTS

Customs limitations, tariffs, and other laws that may be in force in other countries are not our responsibility. It is your obligation to confirm that the things you ordered (or intend to order) can be shipped to your country. Your order may be subject to any applicable customs or taxes, which are also your responsibility.

If your order is seized by customs for any reason, we will not reimburse you (less freight) until all items have been sent back to us in their original packaging in accordance with the return policy outlined above.
