Lawsuit Statement

In 2023, Swift Energy was sued by GHOST® for changing our branding to mirror the look and feel of GHOST®’s distinctive branding. We regret our decision to adopt confusingly similar branding and apologize for crossing the line. We never intended any harm. To show we mean it, we are happy to announce our donation of $10,000 to Gamers Outreach on behalf of GHOST® and appreciate GHOST's acceptance of our sincere apology.
